Booking, Payment & Conditions
Reservation & Payment
A non refundable deposit of 40% of the trip along with the signed contract will reserve your space. Final payment is required 60 days prior to the beginning of your arrival in Kamchatka. After receiving your deposit plus signed contract we will send you a complete packet of information and a visa invitation.
Cancellation
You must notify us in written form 60 days prior your trip departure if you decide to cancel the trip. You may also apply your deposit to a future trip if you wish. No refunds will be given upon receiving your written notice less than 60 days prior to your departure.
Visa information
VULKAN TOUR COMPANY will send you a visa invitation on receiving the signed CONTRACT plus the DEPOSIT. Then you will need to send this invitation with a completed, signed visa application form, 3 photos and your passport or its copy to your nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate.
Insurance
Buying trip insurance is mandatory.
Travel documents
Current passport which does not expire for at least 3 months after your return from Russia and a round-trip ticket are needed.
Health terms
It is necessary that persons with health problems, mobility or dietary restrictions inform us about them as soon as possible as medical facilities are not available in the wilderness we visit. VULKAN TOUR COMPANY is not responsible or liable regarding provision of medical care. Personal health is the responsibility of a trip participant.
Use of photography
We reserve the right to take any photographs during the tour so that we can use them for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours you agree to the above mentioned. If you disagree, tell your
guide at the beginning of the tour.
Declaimer
VULKAN TOUR COMPANY will not accept any responsibility or liability for omissions, defaults or
negligence of hotel- & restaurant -owners, providers of transportation, contractors, air carriers or other related travel services. We are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss or damage to any person or his/her property, additional expenses, delays or inconveniences caused by any acts which are beyond our control (force majeure) such as Acts of God, war, terrorism, government decisions, strikes, fire, floods, weather, theft, pilferage, failure of any means of conveyances to arrive or depart
as scheduled. We reserve the right to make changes in the itinerary, to change the river at our discretion, to substitute hotels when it is necessary for your comfort and well-being.
